Join us for Lunch Break for the Soul, a Midday Mental Reset initiative designed to support the holistic wellness of system-impacted BIPOC women. Each month, we’ll create a safe, supportive space for community-centered discussions, skill-building activities, and culturally responsive practices aimed at addressing the unique mental, emotional, and physical challenges faced by BIPOC women impacted by systemic racism, gender-based discrimination, the legal system, and socio-economic barriers.
